Born in Shreveport, LA, Laura has always balanced creativity with curiosity. Graduating with degrees in Biology and Studio Art from Centenary College of Louisiana, she brings a unique perspective to her work in the insurance field. Previously, she spent six years at a State Farm agency working as a Customer Service Team Manager building experience in personal and commercial lines before starting her role here with the Frank Spicer Agency. Laura is passionate about providing policy clarity and great customer service. Outside of work, she can be found working on an art project, experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen, or spending time with friends.
