At Spicer Insurance we take the time to get to know you. With us, it really is personal. The things that are important to you are important to us. We try to put ourselves in the shoes of each person we speak with. Insurance can be complicated, but we try our very best to make it simple & easy to understand. Our agents are told to treat every policyholder like they would want their mom, dad, brother or sister to be treated. We tell our agents – “pretend like the person on the other end of the phone is one of your family members.” Treat each person with the highest degree of personal service & care. If the situation calls for us to bend over backwards – we do it!!

No “1-800” numbers!

Our clients can call our Fairfax office anytime and be greeted by friendly agent waiting to assist. No automated messages, switchboard, voice recordings, etc – we personally answer every call, everyday. Many of our clients get to know a specific agent and will ask for that agent when they call. We welcome this! We know that having to “re-explain” your situation each time you call is extremely frustrating. By getting to know an agent in our office you can form a trusting relationship. Our agent gets to know you, your family, your business, etc. It’s much easier to help someone when you know something about them!

We still make house calls!

Very often our agents will come to a client’s home or business to meet with them in person to discuss their insurance. We would always prefer to meet with our clients face to face if possible – either at our office or at the client’s home or business. If meeting in person is not possible, we have plenty of other quick& convenient means to do business.

Our doors are always open

We are open Monday-Friday, as well as Saturday/Evenings by appointment. Please feel free to stop by and say hello to us anytime! We love meeting with our clients!

We go the extra mile for our policyholders

Whether it’s assisting with a claim or going over a policy, we go to bat for our policyholders. As an agent there are times when we must advocate for our clients and help with a variety of matters. This is where the Spicer agency shines! We have a 30 year history of going the extra mile for the Spicer clients!

An educated staff

Spicer Insurance has two (2) agents with the prestigious CIC designation and another agent with the LUTC designation. We also have a PhD on staff along with a licensed attorney. Every full time member of the Spicer Agency has a Bachelors degree or higher. At Spicer Insurance we put a real emphasis on agent education and we believe this benefits our agents & customers.
