Ross was born and raised in Connecticut. He attended the University of Connecticut with a major in journalism. Ross worked for The Hartford for over 10 years as a commercial auto and general liability adjuster in both the Hartford, CT and Charlotte, NC offices. Ross now lives in Warrenton, VA with his wife Amanda. He loves the outdoors and is an avid NFL and Nascar fan. Ross joined the Spicer team in September of 2019 and currently specializes in personal lines and life insurance.
