Anita was born and raised in New Orleans, LA. She attended LSU studying speech and hearing before relocating to Virginia in 1988. Anita worked for a chemical trade association for over 10 years planning and organizing workshops and conferences before becoming a stay-at-home mother of four children for 18 years. She joined the Spicer Agency in June of 2016 and specializes in personal lines insurance for auto, home and umbrella policies. Her favorite part of being an Agent is helping clients in providing friendly and comprehensive customer service. Anita is a devoted wife and mother, but is also a die-hard LSU Tigers fan, “Coastie mom,” history buff, a published photographer, and has been a volunteer with the Honor Flight Network welcoming WWII veterans to DC for over 10 years.
